Jeremy George Lake Charles Corvette Sports Car

The $60,000 Corvette C8 offered us the heady brutality of a sports car, but also the most powerful Corvette ever. The 1979 Corvette proved to be the best-selling Corvette of all time, though the 1970s ended with $10,000.

Jeremy George Lake Charles To get to the ZR1: The Corvette Zora could not have been more different. It was fitted with Chevrolet's earlier Z06, which was more of a track-oriented car, although it had the mantle as the strongest Corvette. The history of the Chevrolet Corvette and its relationship with its predecessor is well documented. 

What many people probably don't realize is that the Chevrolet Corvette was actually the official Kentucky sports car until the mayor's announcement in 2010.

Many people may not even know that there are official sports cars in various places, but what they probably don't know is this: the Corvette factory in Kentucky is the last one left in America. And while it shouldn't be too shocking, as it's one of the most iconic cars in the world, it's not really a Corvette.  
    
As some suspect, people have plans to purchase the new Chevrolet Corvette 2020, but we have a little more information about that.

The next generation of the C3 Corvettes was named Stingray, with the "68" still being advertised as "Stingray." The Corvette ZR1 returned, but with the current seventh generation of the C7 Coravettes, we expect Chevy to bring back the Z06, Z R1 and other badges before we release the next generation of the Corvette C5 and C6 in 2020. 

Chevrolet is very organized when it comes to getting its cars out and making sure they are properly advertised, but the 1983 Corvette did not go as planned as Chevy would have liked.

 From the outside, the 1953 Corvette looks more like a real sports car, and while the original C1 lacked the pedigree of a real sports car, the use of fiberglass bodies only added to the falsehood. This Corvette was not a bad car - it simply lacked the comfort and features you would expect from an "American sports car."

Jeremy George Lake Charles Although not many people know that getting an L88 Vette was like a factory - a pre-made racing car that was only just registered under the road laws, but still stands in the history books as one of Chevy's most successful cars.
